The first tobacco warehouse in Kavala. It is located on Venizelou Street. It was built in 1898. The ground floor, the mezzanine and the first floor can be distinguished. The openings are symmetrical along the horizontal axis of the warehouse but not with each other in the face of the building. Pitched roof with round skylight. Brick construction with symmetrical openings on the side of the warehouse. All openings except the entrance have metal railings. Behind the tobacco warehouse was the workers' quarter of Agios Ioannis.

Tsekmetzoglou Tobacco Warehouse.
Located on Venizelou street with Votsi. A three-story warehouse with a parapet separating the ground floor from the first two floors and the third from the fourth. The warehouse has a gable and skylight and symmetrical openings. We don't know if they brought metal railings or not, as the warehouse has undergone operations and its ground floor is being used.
