Tobacco warehouse owned by Kon/nos Ioannidis (14 Filippou street).It is a complex of three buildings that are adjacent to each other and also to the adjacent tobacco warehouse of Amalia Kouzis. Located on Filippou Street and have an upward orientation towards Epirou Street. They were built at the end of the 19th century, today they are being partly used.

The Tobacco Warehouse of Kouzi Amalia is located at 12 Filippou Street, in contact with the Stanislav Pekioli Tobacco Warehouse. It is a four-storey building with elaborate railings on the balconies of the 4th floor.
