Margaritis Ioannis used to own three buildings. The first, on Romanou Street, concerns a tobacco warehouse with one floor, a rectangular floor plan and a large volume.
The gabled roof also includes a rectangular skylight, while the symmetrical openings with semicircular brick surrounds feature balustrades. The parapet visually separates the first floor, while the warehouse is made of brickwork. Today it is used as a car repair shop.
Salem Isoua David Warehouse

It is a four-story tobacco warehouse located in Eleftherias Square.
Salem Issua David had another tobacco warehouse at the corner of Iordanou and Philota streets.

Tobrou Tobacco Warehouse. It is located on Eleftherias Street in Makedos Square, next to Schinazzi Bros. Four-story tobacco warehouse with a rectangular floor plan and a large volume. Symmetrical openings along the entire face of the building, with metal railings. Pitched roof covered with tiles, no skylight. Concrete plastering and stone paneling in the corners, as well as the canopy at the entrance, testify to construction after 1920. Existence of a parapet between the second and fourth floors. In the 1980s it was partially used as a car workshop. The shell of the building has been classified as a monument according to the Ministry of Culture.
