Located on Damianou Street, next to Herzog& Co. Rectangular floor plan, with a large volume. Pitched roof covered with tiles and round skylight. Single-storey tobacco warehouse, with symmetrical openings equipped with metal railings. Exterior stone cladding. Arched brick lintels to ground and first floor openings. The parapet visually separates the floors.

Located on Damianou Street, adjacent to Herzog& Co, while the back side is on Kassandros Street. Rectangular floor plan, with a large volume. Pitched roof covered with tiles and round skylight. Single-storey tobacco warehouse, with symmetrical openings equipped with metal railings. Exterior stone cladding. Arched brick lintels to ground and first floor openings. The parapet visually separates the floors.

 Herzog &Co Warehouses

Complex of four tobacco warehouses of Herzog and Co on Damianou Street. They form a set in formation while they communicate with each other with an external metal staircase.

Processing and storage took place in different buildings. The presence of the metal ladder between them demonstrates a dating nugget. Rectangular floor plan, large volume, with gable roof without attic. The tobacco warehouses are located adjacent to the company's administration building.

Administration building of Herzog &Co

The Administration building of Herzog and Co is located on the corner of Damianou Street. It was built in 1891 to house the management of the Herzog company. It has a Gothic appearance with a characteristic sharp facade, a gabled roof and also the turrets that adorn its corners. The Administration building was moved in 1899 to the current Kavala City Hall, on Kyprou Street.
