Olimpiados street
(Warehouse n47 on the interactive map. Coordinates: 40.9375, 24.4142)
The two tobacco warehouses located on Olympiados Street, and appearing under the name E.T.E. 53 and E.T.E. 54 as property that passed into the hands of Ethniki Bank. Bibliographic references are consistent with their use by the tobacco industry of Aaron Tsimino, without however mentioning the owner. These are two individual tobacco warehouse buildings, adjacent to other buildings in the area. They consist of a ground floor and a first floor, while one of them seems to have a mezzanine - due to the opening in the center of the face, symmetrical openings and a gabled roof with a round skylight. Characteristic elements of the facade are the pediment and the parapet that visually separates the floor, while they also have symmetrical openings with metal railings. The facade has an external stone cladding and a recessed entrance, features that suggest construction after 1920.
